You can cancel your order anytime till the products are not shipped to you from our side. Just send us an email mentioning your order ID. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full amount. However, please note that once the product is already shipped from our side, you will not be able to cancel the order. You can check the status of your orders from the account details page under 'My Account'.
After the purchase and once the product is dispatched product cannot be returned or replaced. No Return or Replacement is available for any purchase.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your order cancellation after inspecting of your request. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Whatever cost we incurred to ship the product to you, will be deducted from your refund. This is also applicable for orders where we offer free shipping. The cost of the shipping is actually paid by us for these orders. When you return such items where you availed free shipping, the cost that we incurred from our side to send you the items will be deducted from your refund.
Also, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
